The Fine Sake Awards japan 2016 Activities

32 Grand Gold Medals and 165 Gold Medals

We have received 648 entries from the record-high number of 252 breweries in the fourth year of this event. Fair and strict examination was conducted on February 24, which resulted in 32 Grand Gold Medals and 165 Gold Medals (award rate 30.6 %). 
The award ceremony & reception is to be held at Academy Hills (Roppongi, Minato ward) on April 19.

Judging Seven scale evaluation by blind sensory test in a Riedel Daiginjo glass.
